Hi, I use a Bold 9780 which is 1.5 years old. I abuse the battery quite a bit: 2 hours daily of heavy usage on the metro with lousy coverage, I don't use wifi at work and make 2-3 calls daily, totalling 15-30 minutes. Lots of browsing, email, IM et al. I charge the phone daily and I used to go to bed with 30-40% battery left. However, lately the phone dies at 7pm or so without warning. On reboot, it says the battery is nearly empty. I've rundown the battery quite a few times, which might have contributed to the problem. On weekends (mostly wifi, no calls) the battery usage is much better. I'm wondering if this is par for the course or if other smartphones treat their batteries better... HI, This is something that I've been frustrated with for a while with my LG V10. First off, the phone is great, I love it, but I've had some issues with idle power drain where I cannot pinpoint exactly what app or setting is causing the battery to slowly bleed while the phone sits idle. As an example, last night I charged the phone to 100% and unhooked it. This morning after I woke up and checked the phone (11 hours elapsed with essentially no use, no screen time etc), the battery level was at 58%. In the last three hours, 16% of the battery has been used. When I looked at the usage meter, the biggest culprit is the amorphous "Phone Idle" category. I've gotten to the point now where I'm willing to do a factory reset, but before I do that I was wondering if there was anything else I could look into. Any help will be apprecited. HI, I am a Service Delivery Manager and I am trying to write SLA's to capture services that fall under Business Intelligence, such as data warehousing, but also a complicated revenue reporting application and a few other complicated reporting applications. First off I'm having a hard time just identifying how to clasify these as 'services'. If I write the SLA at the Data Warehouse level, then where can I address these individual applications or more importantly the data quality within the applications? I am thinking the OLA should be for the Data Warehouse and then my SLA's would be for each of the applications (which I know is not ITIL correct, but I cant think of any other option).But even with this approach, I cant seem to find anyone to take ownership of data quality. Is anyone else trying to make BI and ITIL fit together and having similar issues? Or anyone have any suggestions? Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
